省人大常委会:继2008年《中华人民共和国残疾人保障法》修订后,《浙江省残疾人保障条例》于2010年1月1日起颁布施行,这是全国首个以条例形式颁布的保障残疾人权益的省级地方性法规。省人大内司委2014至2015年连续开展执法调研活动。在此基础上,省人大常委会决定今年开展省人大常委会层面的执法检查,进一步深入推动残疾人各项法定权益的落实。
Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee: Following the revision of the “People’s Republic of China on the Protection of the Disabled” in 2008, the “Regulations on the Protection of Disabled Persons in Zhejiang Province” promulgated and implemented on January 1, 2010, which is the first guarantee to be promulgated by regulation Provincial laws and regulations on the rights of persons with disabilities. Provincial People’s Congress Internal Affairs Commission 2014-2015 consecutive law enforcement research activities. On this basis, the Standing Committee of Provincial People’s Congress decided to conduct a law enforcement inspection at the level of the Provincial People’s Congress this year and further promote the implementation of all the legal rights and interests of persons with disabilities.
