通过调查研究,初步研究清楚了体育锻炼对研究生健康的积极影响与促进作用。调查研究表明:体育锻炼对研究生的生理健康、心理健康、社会健康和全面健康都有积极的影响和较大的促进作用;不同运动量的体育锻炼对研究生的健康(包括生理、心理和社会健康)效应显著不同,综合而言,中等和大运动量的体育锻炼的健康效用优于小运动量的体育锻炼。
Through the investigation and study, preliminary study has made clear the positive influence and promotion effect of physical exercise on postgraduate health. The investigation and research shows that physical exercise has a positive effect and a great promotion effect on the physical health, mental health, social health and overall health of graduate students. Physical exercise of different physical quantities affects the postgraduate’s health (including physical, psychological and social health) The effect is significantly different, on the whole, the health effects of moderate exercise and large exercise exercise are better than those of low exercise exercise.
