(一) 我们伟大的祖国进入了第十一个春天。回顾过去的十年,我们在各个战线上都取得了光辉的成就,特别是经过五八年的大跃进和五九年的继续跃进,我们收获了更其丰硕的果实,作为整个党的事业的—部分的文艺工作,在工农业生产大跃进形势的推动下,也出现了一个跃进的局面,呈现出一片百花齐放欣欣向荣的景象。当前,东风劲吹,形势无限好,这是党领导的结果,这是毛泽东思想的光辉胜利。
