甲状腺机能亢进症(简称甲亢)伴发之肌病中,以慢性甲亢性肌病及周期性麻痹较为常见,但此两种肌病并存者,文献上罕见。近年来我院遇到2例(内有1例麻痹发作时出现频繁的呼吸暂停危象)现介绍于下: 病历报告 例1 齐××,男,25岁,因突发性两下肢瘫痪伴四肢肌肉酸痛无力一月余,于1978年11月16日入院,主诉上月初某晚9时许突感两大腿部肌肉酸痛、无力,次晨两下肢不能活动,并感两上肢肌肉
