近年来,由于广谱抗生素、激素的无限制使用以及糖尿病患者的增多,导致霉菌性阴道炎的发病率不断攀升。霉菌性阴道炎又是一种易迁徙、复发率高的妇科炎症,给患者带来诸多烦恼。虽然现代医学已经有了治疗霉菌性阴道炎卓有成效的方法,但这些方法纷繁杂乱,各有优劣,没有一个具体的系统结构体系。对此,本文结合实际临床经验,对霉菌性阴道炎的临床特点进行归纳总结,并对其治疗方法作出相应的分析探索。
In recent years, due to the broad-spectrum antibiotics, the unlimited use of hormones and diabetes patients increased, resulting in the incidence of fungal vaginitis rising. Fungal vaginitis is a kind of gynecological inflammation that is easy to migrate and has a high recurrence rate, bringing many troubles to the patients. Although modern medicine has been effective in the treatment of fungal vaginitis, these methods are complicated, each having advantages and disadvantages, without a specific system structure. In this regard, combined with the actual clinical experience, this article summarizes the clinical features of fungal vaginitis, and its treatment methods to make the appropriate analysis and exploration.
