在20世纪80年代至90年代初,遍及世界的生态环境保护运动与绿色文明浪潮形成汹涌澎湃的高潮,使可持续发展成为全人类的共识和各国关注的热点问题。于是,生态时代与生态文明问题就必然成为学术界研究的历史课题。为了推动这个重大问题的深入探讨,现将20世纪90年代以来我国学术界关于生态时代与生态文明理论研究的进展情况,作一简要的综述(本文以笔者收集到的论著为论据)。一、人类正在进入生态时代 1.生态时代的科学内涵刘思华(1993)认为,目前人类历史发展处于大转变时期,“从人与自然的发展关系来
From the 1980s to the early 1990s, the surging climax of the eco-environmental protection movement and the green civilization in various parts of the world made sustainable development a consensus of all mankind and a hot issue of all countries’ concern. Thus, the ecological era and ecological civilization will inevitably become the historical topic of academic research.
