《义务教育英语课程标准》强调:“教师在教育教学中,应坚持以学生为本,面向全体学生,关注个体差异,优化课堂教学,提高教学效率,为学生继续学习奠定基础。”那么在这个学生个性张扬和主体释放的时代,课堂管理的重要性显而易见,而有效的英语课堂不是靠“管”能够做到的。它需要英语教师从人文的角度出发,以生为本,倾其爱心,智慧地“理”出好课堂。
“Compulsory Education English Curriculum Standard” emphasizes: “Teachers in education and teaching should adhere to a student-oriented, all students, pay attention to individual differences, optimizing classroom teaching, improve teaching efficiency, lay the foundation for students to continue learning.” In this era of individuality and the release of students, the importance of classroom management is obvious, but effective English classes are not based on “management”. It requires English teachers from the humanistic point of view, students-oriented, their love, wisdom “management ” a good classroom.
