目的:分析妊娠期糖尿病孕妇行门冬胰岛素治疗疗效及对妊娠结局影响.方法:以2019年3月至2020年3月本院就诊54例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为样本,随机分组,门冬胰岛素治疗为A组,常规胰岛素治疗为B组.结果:A组各项血糖指标及妊娠结局优于B组,P<0.05.结论:妊娠期糖尿病孕妇经门冬胰岛素治疗,可有效控制血糖,改善妊娠结局.
