目的探究银杏叶提取物注射液联合盐酸吡格列酮片对原发性高血压患者的影响。方法选取2013年5月—2017年4月上海市瑞金医院收治的原发性高血压患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者予以盐酸吡格列酮片治疗,观察组患者予以银杏叶提取物注射液联合盐酸吡格列酮片治疗;两组患者均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后血压及血清血管紧张素(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者舒张压、收缩压比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清AngⅡ、ALD、ox-LDL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清AngⅡ、ALD、ox-LDL水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物注射液联合盐酸吡格列酮片可有效控制原发性高血压患者血压,改善患者临床症状、体征,降低血清AngⅡ、ALD、ox-LDL水平,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets on patients with essential hypertension. Methods From May 2013 to April 2017, 120 patients with essential hypertension admitted to Shanghai Ruijin Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets. Patients in the observation group were given ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets. Patients in both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure and serum levels of angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ), aldosterone (ALD), ox-LDL and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the two groups before treatment were not significantly different (P> 0.05). After treatment, the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The levels of serum AngⅡ, ALD and ox-LDL in the two groups before treatment were not significantly different (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum AngⅡ, ALD and ox-LDL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group . Two groups of patients with adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets can effectively control blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension, improve clinical symptoms and signs, reduce serum levels of AngⅡ, ALD and ox-LDL, and have higher safety.
