我们一月分的生產,完成了计划,并超过许多,得到这个成绩的原因有两个,第一是我们在五○年的开始,做了全面的计划,知道了计划生產的重要性。四九年我们的生产是盲目的、自流的,虽然我们也做过计划,但是计划的本身,没有它的实现性,计划不能起它指导生产應有的作用,今年我们吸取了四九年的教训,开始就做了富有现实性、精確性的计划,使我们在生产上有了目标舆前进的方向。第二个原因则是由於我们建立了健全的统计工作。
Our January production was completed and exceeded many. There are two reasons for this achievement. The first is that we started a comprehensive plan at the beginning of 50 years and we knew the importance of planned production. Our production in 1949 is blind and self-reliant. Although we have also planned it, the plan itself does not have its realization. The plan can not play its due role in guiding the production.
