目的 :探讨振荡电位 (Ops)在高海拔地区糖尿病视网膜病变早期诊断的敏感性指标 ,并为糖尿病视网膜病变国内分期提供功能学信息。方法 :选择 6 2名糖尿病患者、115眼 ,进行眼底检查 ,分无视网膜病变组、单纯型组、增生型组。选择 30只正常眼作对照组。对所有患者按国际标准方法进行Ops检测。结果 :随着病变的发展Ops各子波的振幅及Ops总振幅逐渐下降 ,无病变组与单纯型组的Ops总振幅、OP2 振幅有差异 ,OP1和OP3 振幅在对照组、无病变组与单纯型、增生型有差异 ,增生型的OP2 振幅、Ops总振幅与无病变组、单纯型组、对比组有差异。结论 :Ops总振幅和OP2 振幅在糖尿病视网膜病变临床前期下降 ,是DR早期诊断的敏感和客观指标 ,Ops总振幅与DR的严重程度有相关性
Objective: To investigate the sensitivity of oscillating potential (Ops) in the early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy in high altitude areas and to provide functional information for the domestic staging of diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Sixty two diabetic patients (115 eyes) were selected for fundus examination. The patients were divided into three groups: retinopathy group, simple type and hyperplastic group. Select 30 normal eyes as control group. Ops tests were performed on all patients according to international standard methods. Results: With the development of the lesion, the amplitude of Ops and the total amplitude of Ops gradually decreased. The amplitude of Ops and the amplitude of OP2 in non-lesion group and simple type group were different. The amplitude of OP1 and OP3 in control group, non-lesion group and simplex group Type, proliferative type differences, the proliferation of OP2 amplitude, Ops total amplitude and non-lesion group, simple type group, the control group differences. Conclusion: The total amplitude of Ops and the amplitude of OP2 decrease in the preclinical stage of diabetic retinopathy, which is a sensitive and objective indicator of early diagnosis of DR.
