一股“世界遗产”热潮正在神州大地磅礴涌动,申报恐后,开发争先,大有席卷天下之势。荧屏报端,时见遗产地遭遇天灾人祸,这不能不促使我们作一番冷静的回顾和思考。 上世纪80年代,法国一家电视台播放了一则汽车广告,法国雪铁龙汽车竟然开上中国万里长城东端起点的老龙头!播出十数秒,电视台接到许多斥责电话:“我们法国是一个有着优秀文化传统的国家,怎能将汽车开上人类的文化遗产!”于是广告停播。这则广告并非电脑合成,而是实景拍摄。当初文物行政部门曾极力反对这种与《文物保护法》背道而驰的违法行为,然而当地领导大笔一挥,雪铁龙汽车便腾跃而上。
