绒毛膜细胞直接制备染色体是孕早期宫内诊断的新方法,目前正日益为国内外人们所关注。研究的重点是探索一种简单、快速、准确、成功率高的诊断方法.我们受Simoni等人用早期滋养层细胞进行产前诊断的启发,它是根据绒毛细胞具有自发的有丝分裂,且能反映胎儿的染色体组成的特点,作为染色体畸变宫内诊断的理论依据。我们结合我院遗传室现有的条件,从1984年6月开始,对孕早期绒毛细胞直接制备染色体的方法进行研究,我们采用Simoni方法共做79例,4例无染色体,染色体出现率75/79,能进行分析者21例,但染色体形态不好,弯曲,带纹不清晰,针对存在问题,我们对Simoni方法进行改良,改变Simoni方
The direct preparation of chromosomes by chorionic cells is a new method of intrauterine diagnosis in early pregnancy, and is currently attracting more and more people’s attention both at home and abroad. The focus of the study was to explore a simple, rapid, accurate and successful method of diagnosis.We were inspired by Simoni et al for prenatal diagnosis of early trophoblast cells, which are based on spontaneous mitosis of villus cells and can reflect Fetal chromosomal composition, as a theoretical basis for intrauterine diagnosis of chromosomal aberrations. We combine the existing conditions of our hospital genetic room, from June 1984 onwards, the method of direct preparation of chromosomes in the first trimester villus cells were studied, we use a total of 79 cases of Simoni method, 4 cases of chromosomes, chromosomal incidence 75 / 79, can analyze 21 cases, but the chromosome morphology is not good, curved, not clear with stripes, for the existing problems, we improve Simoni method to change Simoni side
