目前职业教育中的重要一环就是倡导学生的生存意识教育,即着力培养学生的实际生存能力,从意识和技能上让学生毕业后能立即适应工作岗位。本文从学生成人意识方面进行了研究,结合后现代思潮探讨职校学生的成人意识的培养方法,为今后进行学生社会生存与适应性教育的研究打下基础。
At present, an important part of vocational education is to advocate the students ’awareness of subsistence education, that is, to cultivate students’ actual viability, and to enable students to adapt to their jobs immediately after graduation from their awareness and skills. This paper studies the adult awareness of students and probes into the ways of cultivating adult consciousness of vocational school students with the post-modernism thoughts, which lays the foundation for the future research on students’ social existence and adaptive education.
