班主任是一个教学班的组织者和领导者,班主任的工作影响着每一个学生在德、智、体等方面的健康成长,影响着每一个学生的生活道路。一个人能否养成良好的行为习惯和高尚的思想品德,关键在小学阶段的教育。学生良好的思想行为不是一朝一夕形成的,而是通过每一件小事,每一件项活动,每一节课,长期熏陶才能形成的。因此可知,班主任的工作是琐碎而又艰巨的。笔者长期担任班主任工作,下面谈谈笔者的几点做法。
The class teacher is the organizer and leader of a teaching class. The work of the class teacher affects the healthy growth of every student in moral, intellectual and physical aspects and affects each student's life path. Whether a person can develop good habits and noble ideological and moral qualities, the key is education in the elementary school. Students' good thoughts and behaviors are not formed overnight, but through every little thing, every piece of activity, every lesson, and long-term influence. Therefore, we can see that the class teacher's work is trivial and arduous. The author served as a long-term class teacher, let me talk about the author's practices.
