通过对高压进口管的原材料、制造过程及安装使用状态的分析,指出管道安装防震措施不良、高压管带状组织严重,是导致高压进口管早期疲劳破坏的主要原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。
Through the analysis of the raw materials, manufacture process and installation and use status of the high pressure inlet pipe, it is pointed out that the poor anti-vibration measures of the pipe installation and the serious belt structure of the high pressure pipe are the main reasons leading to the early fatigue failure of the high pressure inlet pipe and the corresponding improvement measures .
