通过对高职院校和高职学生的客观分析,介绍了高职学校学生的人文素质组成,提出了努力构建高职学生综合素质的结构,着手开设适合高职特色的人文课程、创造良好的校园文化氛围的观点。以提高高职学生的综合素质为契机,加强创业教育和角色转换意识,促进学生顺利就业。
Through the objective analysis of higher vocational colleges and vocational students, this paper introduces the humanistic composition of students in higher vocational schools, puts forward the structure of trying hard to construct the comprehensive qualities of higher vocational students, sets up the humanities curriculum which is suitable for higher vocational education and creates a good Campus culture atmosphere point of view. To improve the overall quality of vocational students as an opportunity to strengthen entrepreneurial education and role of awareness of change to promote the smooth employment of students.
