医院文化是以医患关系为主要特征的文化,医院廉政文化建设是精神文明建设的重要组成部分。医院作为一个特殊的服务行业,在新时期,增强党风廉政文化建设在公立医院的感染力、说服力、影响力和渗透力,是医院党风廉政建设和反腐倡廉工作的一项重要课题,对医院的自身建设与发展,构建和谐医患关系有着极其重要的现实意义。
