知识产权保护(包括电脑软件版权保护)在广东正受到全面的重视,且较之两三年前有了长足的发展.这是参加了广东第一次保护知识产权研讨会的代表所得到的共同结论.本次会议,是由广东省知识产权研究会等单位发起的.广东省科委副主任、省知识产权办公会议办公室主任蔡齐祥、广东省专利管理局局长杨翱卿分别主持了会议.参加这次会议的有省人大办事机构、省、市科委、省检察院、省、市地方法院、省、市版权局、工商局、海关、高等院校、研究所、公司等方面的代表共四十多人.会议比较集中地研讨了广东省在专利、商标、版权等方面执法、管理的情况和知识产权保护中的价值评估及案例.还重点研讨了计算机软件保护问题.
