前言在机械产品向高速、高效、重载大型化以及低消耗的发展中,高速重载齿轮在化工、冶金、矿山,电站等关系国民经济命脉部门的应用将越来越广泛,同时对这些齿轮的要求也越来越高。硬齿面的高速重载齿轮,具有制造精度高、承载能力大、体积小、使用寿命长等特点,比软齿面齿轮应用更为广泛当今各国在硬齿面齿轮的材料选用上,各不相同,这就向我们提出了对国外的高速重载齿轮用钢如何代用,对国内高速重载齿轮用钢如何选择的问题。本文试就硬齿面高速重载齿轮渗碳用钢如何选用作些粗浅的分析与探讨。
