目的:探讨病案引导-情景模拟教学法对外科护理教学的应用价值。方法:选取本校2014级护理1班与护理2班进行研究,其中1班45人,采用传统教学方式授课,以其作为对照组;护理2班45人,采用病案引导-情景模拟教学法授课,以其作为观察组,对比两组授课结果。结果:观察组学生理论考试成绩及实操考试成绩均明显高于对照组(p<0.05);且两组学生在教学方法各项指标评价方面均存在明显差异性(p<0.05)。结论:采用病案引导-情景模拟教学法进行外科护理教学可提高学生学习成绩及实际操作能力,同时可改善学生对教学方法的认可情况,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective: To explore the application value of medical record guidance - situational simulation teaching method in surgical nursing teaching. Methods: We selected 1 class of nursing care 2014 and 2 classes of nursing care in our school, of which 45 were in 1 class, which were taught by traditional teaching methods and used as a control group. There were 45 people in 2 classes and were guided by medical record-scenario simulation teaching method. Using it as the observation group, the results of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of theoretical test and practical test in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (p <0.05). There was significant difference (p <0.05) between the two groups in evaluation of various teaching methods. Conclusion: Surgical nursing teaching can improve students’ academic performance and practical ability by using case-guided-situational simulation teaching method. At the same time, they can improve their recognition of teaching methods and have higher promotion value.
