供应商质量管理是指在企业的采购环节中,运用质量管理理论和供应链管理理论对供应商进行选择、评价、管理等活动的整个过程。供应商质量管理是企业在组织采购的过程中对质量管理理论和供应链管理理论的运用和体现。供应商质量管理的核心思想就是通过对供货商提供产品的质量及服务进行计划、权衡、控制、评价和认证,形成企业对供应商的一个质量管理流程和模式,从而保证采购的产品符合国家有关的质量要求,满足企业自身对产品的需求,实现企业控制成本、及时供货、连续生产的目标。
Supplier quality management refers to the entire process of selecting, evaluating and managing suppliers through the use of quality management theory and supply chain management theory in the procurement process of an enterprise. Supplier quality management is the application and embodiment of quality management theory and supply chain management theory in the process of organization and procurement. The core idea of supplier quality management is to plan, weigh, control, evaluate and certify the quality and service provided by the supplier, and form a quality management process and model for the supplier to ensure that the purchased product meets the national requirements. The relevant quality requirements meet the company’s own demand for products and realize the goals of enterprise cost control, timely delivery, and continuous production.
