心血管、脑血管疾病和恶性肿瘤是最易导致死亡的三种慢性疾病,它们的发生均与膳食结构不合理有关。诸如“早餐牛奶加鸡蛋,晚餐吃菜不吃饭,猪肉几乎天天见,营养补充吃药片”的现象在城市上班族尤其在白领一族中相当普遍。殊不知,这些不良现象正在成为戕害我们身体健康的隐形杀手。
Cardiovascular, cerebrovascular diseases and malignancies are the three most common chronic diseases that cause death, all of which are related to the unreasonable dietary structure.
