针对聚氨酯树脂生产过程产生的有机废气(主要成份:DMF、二元醇、IPAC等)的性质和特点,分析废气污染物净化机理,采用“喷淋——冷却除湿——活性炭吸附”的组合工艺对聚氨酯生产废气进行净化治理。运行结果表明:DMF排放浓度为11mg/m3,去除率达到98%;VOCs排放浓度为61mg/m3,去除率达到95%。完全达到排放的环保要求。
According to the nature and characteristics of the organic waste gas (main components: DMF, diol, IPAC, etc.) produced in the process of polyurethane resin production, the purification mechanism of waste gas pollutants is analyzed, adopting “spray-cooling dehumidification- activated carbon adsorption” Combined process of purifying polyurethane production waste gas treatment. The results show that: the emission concentration of DMF is 11mg / m3, the removal rate reaches 98%; the VOCs emission concentration is 61mg / m3, the removal rate reaches 95%. Fully meet the environmental requirements of emissions.
