[目的]本文旨在对波兰气候条件下的28个绿芦笋品种进行适应性评价,并选择出最适合在波兰种植的品种。[方法]2008年在马赛林试验站对第六年收获的28个品种的绿芦笋进行评价。收获期间,将收获的芦笋嫩茎,剪至22cm,分级,称重,同时对嫩茎外观、花青素变化、芦笋头紧实性、颜色及光滑度等性状进行评估。[结果‘]Gynlim’是产量最高的品种,其次为‘Hannibal’,‘Ravel’,‘Grolim’和‘Ramada’。‘Gloria’是最差的品种,其它最差的品种以次为‘Tsuki-kho3’、‘PurplePassion’、‘Jacq.Ma2014’、‘Sartaguda’、和‘Jacq.Ma2004’。‘Gynlim’、‘Hannibal’、‘Ravel’、‘Ramada’、‘Ariane’是前期产量最高的前5个品种。前期产量最差的品种为‘PLA-2132’,随后是‘Ramos’、‘Tsuki-kho3’和‘PurplePassion’。‘Ariane’、‘Cipress’、‘Grolim’、‘Gynlim’和‘Hannibal’的嫩茎质量最好。嫩茎质量最差的品种依次是‘Jacq.Ma2004’、‘Gloria’、‘Jacq.Ma2014’和‘Tsuki-kho3’。[结论]综合考虑产量与质量,在波兰气候条件下,最适宜的绿芦笋品种为‘Gynlim’、‘Hannibal’、‘Ravel’和‘Grolim’,而‘Gloria’、‘Tsuki-kho3’、‘PurplePassion’、‘Jacq.Ma2014’和‘Sartaguda’不适合波兰种植。
[Objective] The aim of this paper is to evaluate the suitability of 28 green asparagus cultivars under Polish climatic conditions and to select the most suitable cultivars for cultivation in Poland. [Method] In 2008, 28 varieties of green asparagus harvested in the sixth year were evaluated at Marseillelin Experimental Station. During harvesting, the tender asparagus harvested was cut to 22 cm, graded and weighed. The appearance of the tender stems, the change of anthocyanin, the compaction of the asparagus head, the color and the smoothness were evaluated. [Result] Gynlim ’is the highest yielding variety, followed by’ Hannibal ’,’ Ravel ’,’ Grolim ’and’ Ramada ’. ’Gloria’ is the worst breed, with the other worst breeds followed by ’Tsuki-kho3’, ’PurplePassion’, ’Jacq.Ma2014’, ’Sartaguda’, and ’Jacq.Ma2004’. ’Gynlim’, ’Hannibal’, ’Ravel’, ’Ramada’, ’Ariane’ are the top 5 pre-production varieties. The worst previous breed was ’PLA-2132’, followed by ’Ramos’, ’Tsuki-kho3’ and ’Purple Passion’. The tender stems of ’Ariane’, ’Cipress’, ’Grolim’, ’Gynlim’ and ’Hannibal’ are best. The varieties with the poorer quality of the tender stems were ’Jacq. Ma2004’, ’Gloria’, ’Jacq. Ma2014’ and ’Tsuki-kho3’ in this order. [Conclusion] Considering yield and quality comprehensively, the most suitable varieties of green asparagus under the climatic conditions of Poland were ’Gynlim’, ’Hannibal’, ’Ravel’ and ’Grolim’, while ’Gloria’, ’Tsuki-kho3’, ’ PurplePassion ’,’ Jacq.Ma2014 ’and’ Sartaguda ’are not suitable for Polish cultivation.
