目的评价天然冰片、艾片与合成冰片对脂多糖(lipopolysacchride,LPS)诱导的发热模型大鼠体温的影响强弱。方法采用植入式遥测技术,动态监测清醒自由活动状态下大鼠体温的变化;并动态观察三种冰片对LPS 80μg/kg诱导的发热模型大鼠体温的影响。结果天然冰片组与艾片组在给药0.5~3.5h时段有降低模型大鼠体温的趋势,但无显著差异;天然冰片组于给药15.5~17.5h时段的体温及其差值显著低于模型大鼠(P<0.05,P<0.01);艾片组于该时段的体温及其差值显著低于模型大鼠(P<0.05,P<0.01),体温变化差值(△T)显著低于合成冰片组(P<0.05);合成冰片组对模型大鼠体温无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论三种冰片持续效应及强弱呈艾片>天然冰片>合成冰片趋势。提示治温病发热组方中建议用艾片为宜。
Objective To evaluate the effects of natural borneol, ach tablets and synthetic borneol on body temperature in rats with fever model induced by lipopolysacchride (LPS). Methods Implantation telemetry was used to dynamically monitor the changes of body temperature in awake free-moving rats. The effects of borneol on body temperature in rats induced by LPS 80μg / kg were observed. Results The results showed that there was no significant difference between the natural borneol group and the group A at the time of 0.5 ~ 3.5h, but no significant difference was found between the natural borneol group and the group A at the dosage of 15.5 ~ 17.5h (P <0.05, P <0.01). The body temperature and the difference between the two groups were significantly lower than those of the model rats (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the differences of △ T between the two groups were significant (P <0.05). The synthetic borneol group had no significant effect on body temperature in model rats (P> 0.05). Conclusion The sustained effect and strength of three kinds of borneol are in the trend of plate> natural borneol> synthetic borneol. Prompt fever governance fever prescription side is recommended with Yi tablets is appropriate.
