In recent years, auditory neurofibroma postoperative hearing preservation rate has risen, but the literature on the lack of a unified standard of surgical results, the concept of “useful hearing” is not clear. This paper reports 114 patients with complete unilateral neurofibroma surgery and discusses the standard questions of useful hearing.
