石油钻机绞车刹车鼓在下钻过程中,由于热负荷的作用会发生热疲劳破坏。作者将刹车鼓设计成由本体及替换磨损片两部分组成,以便使刹车鼓本体可以长期使用。实验证明,在钻机上采用这种结构的刹车鼓是可行的。
Oil rig winch Brake drum in the drilling process, due to the role of heat load thermal fatigue damage occurs. The author designed the brake drum to consist of a body and a replacement wear piece in two parts so that the brake drum body could be used for a long time. Experiments show that this structure of the brake drum on the rig is feasible.
