Monitoring Bad Information on Internet from the Technical Perspective

The core of managing web information is technology,along with rules and other responsibilities. The paper points out that,monitoring bad information on the internet requires law and relevant technology. The technology can be realized by enhancing the network information dissemination,improving the network monitoring and filtering technology,and speeding up the development of the network information classification system; besides,incentive mechanism,technological monitoring mechanism and online information ecological governance mechanism can be used as supporting ways. Finally,based on the optimization of regulatory technology,the network information security platform is extracted and constructed to build a comprehensive network information management system ultimately.
