经试点以后,2004年起上海石化全面推进辅业改制分流工作,先后五批次上报实施改制分流单位共49家,涉及员工近万人。2006年末,有37家单位(多种经营22家,代管单位15家)完成工商登记,参加改制员工3344人(多种经营1701人,代管单位1643人),共计分流员工5200余人。生活服务系统、综合性的公司基本完成改制退出。辅业改制工作总体进展平稳有序,取得了阶段性成果。结转2007年计划的还有12家单位,属检维修等
After the pilot, since 2004, Shanghai Petrochemical Corporation comprehensively promoted the work of diversion of auxiliary industries, and successively submitted 49 batches of restructuring and diversion units in five batches involving nearly 10,000 employees. By the end of 2006, 37 units (22 diversified and 15 escrowed units) completed business registration, participated in the restructuring of 3344 employees (1701 diversified businesses and 1,643 escrow units), and totally 5,200 diverted employees. Life service system, a comprehensive restructuring of the company basically completed the exit. The general progress made in the restructuring of auxiliary industry was stable and orderly, and achieved initial results. Carryover 2007 plan there are 12 units, inspection and maintenance
