The article discusses that taking the theory of all-round development as the guide and promoting the sustainable development of higher vocational education under the guidance of the report of the 16th National Congress of the CPC, pointing out that pursuing development is an objective basis for the 16th CPC National Congress to make scientific judgments and decisions. It is also an ambitious goal of higher vocational colleges.
