The effects of 0, 100, 500μM Cd concentration on the fluorescence of Cd, N, P, N and P of Louisiana iris were studied by using the methods of atomic absorption spectrometry, environmental scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron probe. K, S and other elements of the absorption and accumulation characteristics. The results showed that the content of Cd in leaves and roots increased with the increase of Cd concentration, and the content of N in leaves decreased obviously. The accumulation of Cd in roots was significantly higher than that in leaves, and the basal stem nodes were the main sites for Cd accumulation. By X-ray electron probe analysis, Cd stress significantly inhibited the absorption of L. iris K and significantly increased the shoot transport of S, and the Cd treatment further affected the P uptake.
