Kossel花样不仅能用细聚焦x—光机拍摄,而且也能用电子探针拍摄。对于透射Kossel花样,用电子探针拍摄更为有利。这主要是因为电子探针的电子束直径。样品吸收电流(x—光靶电流)调节方便,拍摄环境是真空和可任意选择样品上的微区等。本文讨论的透射Kossel花样分析法是用日本JXA—3A型电子探针透射Kossel照相机的拍照,借助于虚晶面的概念展开的。
The Kossel pattern can be shot not only with a finely focused x-ray machine, but also with an electronic probe. For the Kossel transmissive pattern, it is more advantageous to shoot with an electron probe. This is mainly due to the electron beam diameter of the electron probe. Sample absorption current (x-ray target current) to facilitate the adjustment, the shooting environment is a vacuum and can choose the sample on the micro-area and so on. The transmission Kossel pattern analysis discussed in this paper is a photograph of a Kossel camera transmitted through a Japanese JXA-3A electron probe, with the help of the concept of a virtual crystal plane.
