有人用“叫好不叫座”为一些戏剧作品所处的尴尬境地鸣不平。这句话里隐含着一个前提:“叫好”的就是好戏。“叫好”,是指戏剧专家高度评价;“不叫座”,指的是一般观众不买帐。人们不禁会问,为什么专家说好而观众不爱看的戏也算好戏呢?显然,这是把专家标准作为衡量戏剧的唯一标准了。这有失公平,也不够科学。众所周知,戏剧是面向观众的,没有观众也就没有戏剧。观众是一个人数众多的群体,一方面,观众千差万别,每个人的欣赏目的、欣赏角度、欣赏习惯都不尽相同,对戏剧的要求与评价也不会完全一致;另一方面,观众又分成若干层
