建设工程的不断发展,工程造价管理就显得越发重要,对工程造价实施动态管理与控制,对工程的各个阶段加以管理,比如工程的进度、质量以及成本等方面,制定科学合理的动态管理措施,在确保工程质量上加快工程的进度,最大限速的节约成本投入,实现建设工程企业的经济效益与社会效益。鉴于此,本文主要探讨了工程造价的动态管理与控制的意义,并针对于各个阶段造价动态管理与控制进行了分析。
