研究了机械活化反应器中,温度、溶出原液α_K、溶出时间及液固比等因素对平果铝土矿溶出率的影响.在225℃,溶出原液α_K3.2,L/S2.5,溶出2h的条件下,Al_2O_3的溶出率达96.60%,比相同条件下的高压釜溶出率高18%;动力学研究表明,在138~176℃,范围内,试验结果能很好地模拟动力学模型1-(1-X) ̄(1/3)=k_at,测得其表观活化能为72.64kJ/mol,溶出过程属化学反应控制.研究结果表明,机械活化可明显改善一水硬铝石的溶出性能,强化其溶出过程,提高其溶出率。
The effects of temperature, dissolved solution α_K, dissolution time and liquid-solid ratio on the dissolution rate of bilobal were studied in the mechanical activated reactor.
