越南在国家发展中起着重要作用的青年尤其重视,对青年及青年工作倾注了大量的精力。越南青年在当前的国际政治经济环境和越南的宏观社会经济条件下,受到来自各方面的多种压力和挑战,青年发展面临着诸多问题。广西国际青年交流学院于2012-2013年对越南青年干部的问卷调查显示,青年就业问题是越南青年面临的首要问题,生存压力太大、缺乏文体娱乐设施、外来文化冲击等青年发展问题也不容忽视。
Particular importance is attached to the Vietnamese people who play an important role in the development of the country, devoting a great deal of energy to the work of youth and youth. Under the current international political and economic environment and the macro-socio-economic conditions in Vietnam, the Vietnamese youth are facing various kinds of pressures and challenges from all quarters and their youth development faces many problems. A questionnaire survey on young cadres in Vietnam from 2012 to 2013 showed that the issue of youth employment is the most important issue faced by young Vietnamese people, and their survival pressure is too great. Their cultural and recreational facilities are lacking and other issues of youth development such as the impact of foreign cultures can not be ignored .
