气焊是利用可燃气体如乙炔(C_2H_2)和氧气(O_2)混合燃烧的高温火焰来进行焊接。最高温度可达3150℃左右,热量比较分散,所以适于焊薄钢板和有色金属。虽然生产率低于电弧焊,但气焊最大的优点是不要电源,因此,在没有电源的地点(如野外施工)都可应用。 气焊设备是生产加工中不可缺少的设备
Gas welding is the use of combustible gases such as acetylene (C_2H_2) and oxygen (O_2) mixed combustion of high temperature flame welding. The maximum temperature up to about 3150 ℃, the heat is more dispersed, so suitable for welding sheet metal and non-ferrous metals. Although the productivity is lower than that of arc welding, the biggest advantage of gas welding is that no power source is used, therefore, it can be applied in a place without power source (such as field construction).
