X 医院是一家中型医院,建院之初的定位是为了向周边的居民提供方便的、全方位的医疗服务。因此在建院之初,医院的仪器设备以及建筑布局在该地区都处于领先水平。然而十多年过去了,随着周围一些医科大学附属医院的崛起,以及受到一级医院、私人诊所的冲击,X 医院的接诊量一落千丈。医院也曾尝试通过打造自己的特色,以适应新的竞争格局,但始终效果不佳。更糟的是,许多骨干医护人员开始纷纷跳槽或改行,这更使得医院的情况雪上加霜……
X Hospital is a medium-sized hospital, the beginning of the establishment of the hospital is positioned to provide convenient and comprehensive medical services to the surrounding residents.
