医务工作者们: 你们辛苦了!突如其来的SARS将你们汇集到了与瘟疫抗争的战役之中,使你们在毫无心理准备的情况下进入了战士的角色。高强度的紧张工作使你们的体力极度消耗,再加上思念家人,担心自己被感染等恐惧心理……这一切,无疑都给你们的心身带来了巨大的压力。 在如此多重的压力下,你们难免出现焦虑、恐惧、烦躁等负性情绪,也会有一些不满、委屈甚至愤怒的感觉,或许有些人还会出现失眠、抑郁等更严重的问题。那么,面对这些压力,应该如何有效地缓解自己的不良情绪,调整自己的心身状态呢?我们在此提出几点建议:

High-intensity and intense work to your physical exertion, coupled with missing family members, fear of being infected and other fears ... All of this will undoubtedly bring great pressure on your heart. Under so many pressures, you will inevitably have negative emotions such as anxiety, fear and irritability. There will also be some feelings of dissatisfaction, grievances and even anger. Some people may even experience more serious problems such as insomnia and depression. So, in the face of these pressures, how to effectively alleviate their bad feelings, adjust their state of mind and body? Here we make a few suggestions:
