现在,社会上各种各样的协会很多,而新闻界的协会也日益多起来了,什么晚报工作者协会、女记者协会(联谊会)、青年记者协会、政法记者协会、体育记者协会、卫生记者协会,专业报记者协会,等等,令人目不暇接。说实在的,新闻界是不是要成立如此多的协会,我很有些疑义。按照目前这种建立协会的方法,恐怕还有很多协会有待成立。比如,既然有晚报工作者协会,是不是还应该有日报工作者协会呢?有青年记者协会,为什么就不能有中年、老年记者协会呢?有卫生记者协会,成立一个教育记者协会,不也是顺理成章的事吗?此外,还可以有文艺记者协会、农村记者协会、副刊编辑协会……
