会议于1983年4月25—30日在满洲里市召开。参加会议的来自北京、内蒙、呼伦贝尔各旗、市的正式代表120名,列席代表参加这次学会的代表中有北京同仁医院耳鼻喉科主任、中华医学会耳鼻喉科分会付主任委员李福春教授。北京口腔医院口腔修复科曹硕忠主任医师、姚志敏付主任医师,中华医学会内蒙眼科分会理事长沈潜主任医师等。中华医学会眼科分会主任委员张晓楼教授曾给这次学术会议写了贺信。会议收到论文38篇,宣读了10篇,这些论文既有临床实践经验,也有科学研究创新的报告,涉及面较广。包括鼻咽部纤维血管瘤
The meeting was held in Manzhouli City on April 25-30, 1983. 120 delegates from Beijing, Inner Mongolia and Hulun Buir flags and cities attended the conference. Among the delegates attending the symposium were Director of otolaryngology of Beijing Tongren Hospital and Professor Li Fushun, chairman of the Chinese Otolaryngology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. Department of Stomatology, Beijing Stomatological Hospital Cao Shuozhong chief physician, Yao Zhimin pay chief physician, Chinese Medical Association of Inner Mongolia Eye Branch Shen Qian, chief physician and so on. Professor Zhang Xiaolu, chairman of Chinese Medical Association Eye Branch, wrote a congratulatory letter to this academic conference. The conference received 38 papers, read 10 articles, these papers both clinical experience, there are also reports of scientific research innovation, covering a wide range. Including nasopharyngeal fibro-hemangiomas
