有机农业生产能够有效解决生态环境及食品安全危机,得到世界各国的认可,有机农业今年在我国发展也较为迅速。为了消除信息不对称,有机农业的发展提出了对认证制度的需求,本文就我国有关有机认证的文献进行梳理。
Organic agriculture can effectively solve the crisis of ecological environment and food safety and is recognized by all countries in the world. Organic agriculture has also developed rapidly in our country this year. In order to eliminate the asymmetry of information, the development of organic agriculture has put forward the demand for certification system. This paper reviews the literature on organic certification in our country.
