教育教学是人类有目的、有计划、有组织地培养人的活动,教师是促进学生有效学习的影响力,是促进学生掌握知识、形成学习能力的关键。“教师之为教,不在全盘授予,而在相机诱导”(叶圣陶语)。笔者认为,结合不同教者的实际案例,谈几点看法。首先,是教学的有效组织和贯穿。课标中明确指出,语文课程必须关注学生身心发展和语文学习的特点,保护学生的求知欲,鼓励其自主阅读、自由表达,充分激发他们的问题意识和创新精神的同时,更要关注个体差异,倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式。
