研究了俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦等进口原油馏程测定标准,比对了GOST标准与GB、ISO、ASTM等标准间的差异,提出了加快制定GB/T《进口原油检验规程》、《进口石油技术规程》等国家标准的建议。
The standards for the determination of the crude oil distillation range imported from Russia and Kazakhstan were studied. The differences between the GOST standards and GB, ISO and ASTM standards were compared. The measures to speed up the development of GB / T “Imported Crude Oil Inspection Regulations”, “Imported Petroleum Technical Regulations ”And other national standards recommendations.
