建立了高效液相色谱-质谱联用法检测饮料中的苯甲酸。选用ZORBAX XDB-C18柱(50mm×2.1mm,3.5μm)为分析柱,流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速为200μL.min-1;质谱条件选用气动辅助电喷雾离子源(ESI),检测方式为负离子多离子反应检测(MRM);苯甲酸校准曲线线性范围为1—500μg/L;方法加标回收率为92.5%—97.9%;相对标准偏差为3.13%—6.94%(n=5);方法检出限为0.1μg/L(以3倍信噪比为检出限)。结果表明该方法简便、准确、灵敏、特异,适用于饮料中苯甲酸的测定。
A high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method was developed for the determination of benzoic acid in beverages. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water with a gradient elution at a flow rate of 200 μL · min-1 using a ZORBAX XDB-C18 column (50 mm × 2.1 mm, 3.5 μm). The conditions of mass spectrometry (ESI) The calibration curve of benzoic acid was linear in the range of 1-500 μg / L. The recoveries were 92.5% -97.9% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 3.13% -6.94% (n = 5). The detection limit of the method was 0.1μg / L (the detection limit was 3 times the signal to noise ratio). The results show that the method is simple, accurate, sensitive and specific, suitable for the determination of benzoic acid in beverages.
