人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)是由早期胎盘产生的主要蛋白激素,而孕酮是重要的胎盘类固醇激素。有大量文献描述 hCG 对孕酮合成的刺激作用,孕酮合成与妊娠的维持密切相关。然而,有关孕酮对 hCG 合成分泌的调整作用则证据很少。本研究对象为14例孕11~15周准备行宫颈缝合术的妇女。平均年龄30.1岁(范围22~36岁),全部以足月分娩活婴结束。给每例孕妇肌注孕酮100mg 三次;第一次在环扎术前12小时,第二次与术前用药同时,末次在术后24小时。在术前一天及手术当日晨8时和术后24小时取血,检查血清βhCG水平,以了解孕酮对胎盘合成 hCG 的影响。采血后迅速分离血清,贮存于-20℃待测。血清孕酮水平用常规放免法测定,hCG 的β亚单位用标准放免技术测定。统计学分析是用 Wilcoxon 氏配对排列试验,和 Spearman 氏相关系数。结果:血清孕酮水平从使用孕酮前23.8±7.9(均值±SD)增加到用孕酮12小时后46.2±15.6
Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a major protein hormone produced by the early placenta, while progesterone is an important placental steroid hormone. There is a large body of literature describing the stimulatory effects of hCG on progesterone synthesis and the progestin synthesis is closely related to the maintenance of pregnancy. However, there is little evidence that progesterone regulates the synthesis and secretion of hCG. The study was performed in 14 women who underwent cervical suturing at 11-15 weeks of gestation. The average age was 30.1 years (range 22-36 years), all with full-term delivery of live babies ended. To each pregnant woman intramuscular injection of progesterone 100mg three times; the first in the cerclage surgery 12 hours before the second and preoperative medication, the last 24 hours after surgery. Blood samples were collected on the day before surgery and at 8:00 am and 24 hours after the operation, and serum βhCG levels were examined to understand the effect of progesterone on placental synthesis of hCG. Serum was quickly isolated after blood collection and stored at -20 ℃ for testing. Serum progesterone levels by conventional radioimmunoassay method, hCG β subunit using standard radioimmunoassay. Statistical analysis was performed using Wilcoxon’s pairing test, and Spearman’s correlation coefficient. Results: Serum progesterone levels increased from 23.8 ± 7.9 before using progesterone (mean ± SD) to 46.2 ± 15.6 after 12 hours with progesterone
