(一)参加国际会议 国际水电站改建扩建讨论会 2月28日至3月2日在瑞士苏黎世由瑞士水经济协会和瑞士联邦工学院主办,有15个国家的519名代表参加。讨论课题:(1)水电站进水口的改建和扩建;(2)大坝加高和水库扩大;(3)引水管(渠道、隧洞、调压井、压力钢管等)的改建和扩建;(4)闸门等金属结构的改建;(5)增加新机组的厂房扩建;(6)增加新机组的机电设备;(7)改建工程的技术和经济评价;(8)水电站运行的改进,自动化、遥控、电传和简化;(9)水法和水权方面的问题。 联合国水资源规划讨论会 6月18～29日由联合国技术合作部(自然资源,能源与运输中心)
(I) Participation in International Conferences The International Hydropower Station Reconstruction and Expansion Seminar was held in Zurich, Switzerland from February 28 to March 2, organized by the Swiss Association of Water Economies and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. There were 519 delegates from 15 countries. Discussion topics: (1) alteration and expansion of the inlet of hydropower stations; (2) increase of dams and expansion of reservoirs; (3) reconstruction and expansion of diversion pipelines (channels, tunnels, surge tanks and pressure pipes) ) Gates and other metal structures; (5) to increase the plant expansion of new units; (6) to increase the mechanical and electrical equipment of new units; (7) technical and economic evaluation of alterations; (8) improvement of hydropower station operation, automation, remote control , Fax and facilitation; (9) issues of water law and water rights.
