我县碘缺乏病于1987年12月经省卫生厅考核,达到了部颁基本控制标准。达标后,为了巩固防治成果,我县除坚持全民食用碘盐外,从1994～1998年连续5年对中小学生进行了碘油胶丸普服。为了探讨小剂量碘油胶丸防治儿童碘缺乏病的效果,我们于1998年12月进行了碘油胶丸小剂量和常用量防治效果对照调查,现将结果报告、分析如下。
I County iodine deficiency disease in December 1987 by the provincial health department examination, reached the ministerial basic control standards. In compliance with the standards, in order to consolidate the results of prevention and treatment, our county, in addition to insisting on universal consumption of iodized salt, conducted a general survey of primary and secondary school students for iodized oil capsules from 1994 to 1998. In order to explore the effect of low-dose iodized oil capsules on the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in children, we carried out in December 1998 a small dose of iodized oil capsules and commonly used control effect of the control survey, the results reported, the following analysis.
