本文研究胸腺因子对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的作用。探讨胸腺因子对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活力的影响;并用细胞化学方法,观察代表巨噬细胞活性的酸性磷酸酶及非特异性酯酶的变化。结果表明:胸腺因子作用后的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞体积增大,吞噬力增强;在细胞化学反应中可见酸性磷酸酶与α-醋酸萘酯酶的活性增高。根据结果本文讨论了胸腺因子对巨噬细胞的激活作用。
This article studies the effect of thymic factors on mouse peritoneal macrophages. To investigate the effect of thymic factors on the phagocytic activity of mouse peritoneal macrophages, and to observe the changes of acid phosphatase and non-specific esterase that represent the activity of macrophages using cytochemistry. The results showed that the volume of peritoneal macrophages increased and the phagocytosis was enhanced after the thymic factor action. The activity of acid phosphatase and α-naphthylacetatease was increased in the cytochemical reaction. Based on the results, we discussed the activation of macrophages by thymic factors.
